Argan for the lengths—not every root

The Moroccan ingredient has a finishing role. Your shampoo still has its own job.

Two needs can exist on the same head

Roots can feel flat while the ends feel dry. Treating both with another layer of oil misses that difference. Our Moroccan-inspired hair routines begin by asking which part needs attention: the scalp may need washing, while the ends may benefit from conditioning or an optional finishing product.

Make room for drying before covering your hair

For someone preparing to cover her hair, fully dry roots and a comfortable finish matter. That does not mean every woman who wears a hijab has the same scalp or should follow one washing schedule. The useful question is how your own roots and lengths feel today, and how much time you have before leaving.

Keep the finishing step optional

An argan finishing step is optional. Keep it small, follow the product's hair-use directions, and notice the result before adding more. If your conditioner already leaves the lengths comfortable, doing less is a valid routine too.
