Who is responsible for your data

Bodywhatever™ is published by VORVN LIMITED, registered in Hong Kong SAR at RM4 16/F, Ho King Commercial Centre, 2, 16 Fa Yuen Street, Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong — www.vorvn.com. VORVN LIMITED operates this site and decides how personal data on it is used.

What we collect

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we store the email address you give us for that purpose. If you send us a message or a correction, we store what you tell us.

If you use CareFinder, we store your choices, preferences, first name and the profile answers you give (age range, sex, state, city, skin type and hair texture), so we can build and save your plan. If you create an account, we also store your email address and sign-in records.

Your personal care page is public only when you choose Publish. Its name, bio, selected routines, product links and chosen photos are then visible to anyone with the link.

What we do not collect

• We do not ask for payment details. Purchases happen on Amazon, under Amazon’s own privacy notice.
• We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• We do not place advertising trackers that follow you off this site.
• This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Product links and affiliate links

Product links on this site open searches on Amazon. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. When you follow one, Amazon may set its own cookies and see that you came from Bodywhatever™; we do not receive your Amazon account or order details.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which topics are read. We measure pages and search terms, not people: we do not build advertising profiles and we do not use tracking cookies. Short-lived, hashed request identifiers separately limit abuse.

How long we keep things

Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Account and CareFinder data are kept while your account is open and deleted when you ask us to delete it. Anonymous analytics are kept as aggregate counts.

Where your data is held

Our systems are operated from servers in the United States and elsewhere, including in Hong Kong SAR. We transfer only what is needed for the purpose you gave it for, we require our providers to keep it confidential, and we do not transfer it to anyone for their own marketing.

Your privacy rights

Residents of California and of other states with privacy laws can ask what personal information we hold, ask for a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, and we will not treat you differently for asking. Write to us through the contact page; we answer within forty-five days.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email, and delete your account and saved plans from your member space or by writing to us.
