Enjoy the traditional hammam use of nila with black soap.
Anyone who loves a weekend hammam ritual.
In the hammam, nila is mixed into black soap or a scrub, applied with a kessa glove and rinsed off. It is part of the weekly ritual and of bridal preparation.
Think of it as a pampering step: the goal is skin that feels smooth and even.

Step 1
Shower warm for 5–10 minutes until your skin is soft and damp.
Step 2
Stir a pinch of nila into a teaspoon of black soap with a little water.
Step 3
Spread thinly, leave a few minutes, then rub lightly with a wet kessa.
Step 4
Rinse until clear, pat dry and moisturise within 3 minutes. Any faint blue tint washes off.
