Leave an oily face feeling fresh and matte.
Oily or combination skin, especially in hot weather.
In the hammam, ghassoul is the clay Moroccan women use to freshen the face. Mixed with rose water it becomes a soft mask that lifts surface oil.
It is a weekly treat, so you can enjoy it without any fuss.
1 tablespoon pure ghassoul powder Rose water or warm water, a small bowl Your usual moisturiser
Step 1
Stir the powder with rose water until it looks like soft yoghurt.
Step 2
Spread a thin layer on clean skin, away from your eyes and lips.
Step 3
Relax for five minutes. Rinse while it is still slightly damp.
Step 4
Pat dry and add moisturiser for a fresh, comfortable finish.
Once a week is plenty. Rinse while the mask is still a little damp.
Pair it with a warm shower and a good playlist. It is five minutes for you.
